Menu Monday

Last week, we enjoyed a delicious assortment of dinners from around the globe -- including our first shot at calzones, with a leg up from the Publix deli's pre-made pizza dough. Although they got a little puffier than we thought they would (and busted at the seams) -- the picture speaks for itself -- they were very tasty, stuffed with mozzarella, ricotta, mushrooms, and spinach. But we got the brown, crispy shell down to perfection!

We're on a shortened meal schedule this week -- but we (mostly Whitney) thought up some tasty ideas to bridge the gap between weekend and Thursday!
