Honey-Roasted Red Potatoes
These were from before Christmas, but they sure were good. A nice change from regular potatoes!

I realllly didn't feel like menu planning this week, but as always...it must be done! We're relying on some old favorites and our freezer stock, which makes it a little easier. :)
