Thanks to MacKenzie for recommending this recipe! It was super easy and really yummy. I added a clove of minced garlic to the sour cream before spreading it on the chicken, and it was a tasty addition. The herb stuffing mix gave it a unique flavor, but I think you could also use your own toasty breadcrumbs/cubes and season them however you like. We'll definitely make this one again!
