New Recipe Tuesday

We've had pretty good menus this week and last, but I just haven't posted them! Here are a few new recipes that we thought were good.

The sauce was great! It's simple, and I would use it as a dip for other dishes too. The meatball "gravy" was a little greasy though, so we really didn't use much of it.

 The sauce for the potatoes was yummy (if you like blue cheese!). It paired really well with the saucy steak and a salad.

This was a true one-dish dinner! You don't have to cook the pasta in advance, which makes it super easy. I had regular diced tomatoes (not Rotel), so we used those and spicy andouille instead of the smoked sausage. Yum! This was really good.
